Nestled within Great Escapes Chesnut Bay, The Venue is the perfect setting for everything from family reunions and birthday parties to meetings and retreats. With flexible indoor and outdoor space, modern amenities, and a peaceful resort atmosphere, your event will feel both convenient and unforgettable.
Amenities
- 85” TV + speakers for entertainment & presentations
- Fireplace for ambiance
- Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, sink, cabinets, and generous counter space for prep and serving
- Outdoor patio
- Linen rentals: red, white, black (round/table runners) + black rectangle linens for classroom tables. Flat rate: $200, or $10 per table if doing a smaller gathering
- Plating set: approx. $3.50 per guest (plate, cup, napkin, fork, knife, spoon)
Capacity
The Venue can comfortably seat up to 120 guests at 15 round 60” tables, with space for up to 250 guests standing. For classroom-style events, there are 15 six-foot tables available, and for social receptions, you’ll find 4 cocktail tables.
Pricing
Monday through Friday:
- Half Day – $250
- Full Day – $300
Saturday & Sunday:
- Full Day – $425
- Half Day - $350
Policies
- No alcohol permitted at this time
- Pool access is not included in Venue rentals
- Outside catering and food service are welcome
