- Is there a cost for parking?
No, parking is included in the price of admission.
- What are the hours of the waterpark?
Our 2026 season hours are as follows:
May 23, 2026 - August 2, 2026:
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST daily
August 8, 2026 - September 7th, 2026:
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST Saturdays and Sundays only
September 7, 2026 (Labor Day):
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
- What is the policy on outside food and beverage?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Pirates Bay.
Concession seating areas are for food and beverage use only.
No outside food, beverages, pizza parties, or group gatherings are permitted unless authorized by management.
No glass containers allowed.
Sealed water bottles and baby formula are allowed.
- Is there an admission fee just to walk around the park?
All guests entering Pirates Bay must have an admission wristband for the day of entrance.
- Can I bring my own floatation devices?
Yes, however, floats must be labeled Coast Guard approved. Floatation devices, including lifejackets, are not allowed on water slides.
- Does Pirates Bay have a dress code?
Yes, appropriate swimwear is required while inside Pirates Bay. Thongs, transparent clothing, denim, and long pants are not permitted in the water park. Pirates Bay reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of swimwear. Guests wearing swimwear with metal buttons, rivets, zippers, or snaps will not be permitted to participate on water slides. Swim diapers are required for all diaper dependent guests. Clothing or body art that is rude or vulgar must be covered. We take pride in hosting a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to determine whether a guest’s attire or body art is appropriate.
- Can I participate in water attractions if I am wearing a cast?
Casts are permitted; however, special precautions must be taken when participating in some attractions. Many of the attractions have certain requirements such as maintaining body position, grasping handles, or keeping legs in position. To ensure the safety of you, our guest, Pirates Bay reserves the right to ask you to not participate in certain attractions or, if possible, cover casts to prevent damage to our attractions.
- Are pets allowed inside the waterpark?
No pets are allowed; however, certified service animals accompanying designated owners are welcome at Pirates Bay. Service animals must remain on a leash or under the control of the handler at all times. For health and safety reasons, service animals must stay on the deck surface and are not permitted in the water. Please do not leave pets in your automobile.
- How much are tickets?
- General Admission: $24.99 + tax
- Non-Participant Pass (gate only): $10.00 + tax
- Senior Admission (65+): $19.99
- Military and First Responders (gate only, must show proof of service): $19.99 + Tax
- Late Day Admission after 4 PM (gate only): $14.99 + tax
- Children 3 and under are FREE!
- Do you rent out small lockers to store our items?
Yes, we do. Locker rental is $10 per day.
- Can we bring our own chairs?
We are unable to allow outside chairs or loungers to be brought into the waterpark.
- Can I smoke within Pirates Bay?
For the convenience of all our guests, smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside Pirates Bay.
- Can I bring my drone?
All drones and RC vehicles are prohibited at Pirates Bay. Any unauthorized drone(s) will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operations. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
- Can I bring an umbrella?
The only permitted shade structures are parasols and umbrellas that attach to the chair. Tents are prohibited inside Pirates Bay. In addition, no items may be staked into the ground.
- Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes! Please stop by the designated exit to get your hand stamped before leaving. You’ll need the stamp to re-enter the park.
- What if it storms? Do you ever not open for the day due to inclement weather?
If inclement weather enters the area, we will temporarily close aquatic attractions for safety. Guests must exit water attractions and seek shelter. Management will monitor the weather and reopen when safe. Sustained bad weather may result in delayed openings, early closure, or full-day closure. Updates are posted on social media.
- Does Pirates Bay offer rain checks in the case of inclement weather?
Rain checks are issued if the park closes before 4:00 PM due to inclement weather. See the ticket booth for your rain check. Rain checks are valid for another visit during the same calendar year. Check our social media for closure updates.
