Guest Guidelines for a Great Stay

Wristbands

All registered guests are required to wear the park-provided wristband during their stay. Wristbands help our team confirm access to amenities and attractions is limited to registered guests.

Guests without wristbands may be asked to return to their site or stop by the Store so we can help get everything sorted.

Campfire Fun, Done Right

Fires are welcome in the designated rings provided at each site. Please keep fires a reasonable size. Bonfires or oversized flames are not permitted.

Fire bans may go into effect during dry conditions based on guidance from local authorities.

Firewood is available for purchase at the Store. Please do not bring outside firewood, as transporting firewood can spread invasive species. Fire starters and color flame packs are also available.

Sharing the Outdoors

Help protect the environment and keep the park enjoyable for everyone by storing food properly and keeping campsites clean.

Please do not leave trash, food, or pet bowls outside overnight. Our staff will be around during open hours to assist with trash collection.

Enjoy Responsibly

Guests 21 and over may enjoy alcoholic beverages at their campsite.

When walking through the park, please use a nondescript container. Glass containers are not permitted in or near aquatic areas for safety reasons.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at Great Escapes Bryan-College Station.

All visitors must check in at the Store upon arrival. Fees may apply depending on arrival time and activities. Visitors must wear a park-provided wristband, follow all Guest Guidelines, and depart by 10:00 PM.

Keeping It Clean

Gray and black water must be emptied only at your site hookup or the dump station. Sewer connections must be properly secured to prevent leaks or spills.

Generators are not permitted, as our full-hookup sites provide the power needed for a comfortable stay.

Family First

Children have the best experience when supervised by a trusted adult, especially at the pool and activity areas.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at water attractions. Helmets are required for biking and scootering, and all traffic rules apply throughout the park.

Pets

All pets must be leashed and attended at all times, including at your site. Please clean up after your pet to help keep the park clean.

A maximum of two pets per site is permitted unless otherwise approved. Pets are not permitted in aquatic or food service areas.

Pets displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior may require alternate arrangements for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted throughout the park, including all public spaces. Service animals must be individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability and remain under control at all times.

Sites & Parking

Please observe posted speed limits throughout the park.

Only one RV or tent is permitted per site, with a maximum of eight guests per site. Vehicles must be parked on your designated pad or gravel area. Please do not park in empty or neighboring sites.

Tents are permitted only when paired with an RV and RV site.

For safety and comfort, the following are not allowed:

• Fireworks
• Firearms (including BB, airsoft, and pellet guns)
• Drones
• Metal detectors
• Vehicle or RV repairs

Golf Cart Guidelines

Golf carts are available for rent through the resort.

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license in their possession. Golf carts must remain on park roads at all times and should not be driven on grass or landscaped areas.

Misuse of golf carts may result in the rental being discontinued without refund.

Daily guests are not permitted to bring personal golf carts. Monthly guests may bring a personal golf cart, which is subject to an annual fee.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Please do not arrive after 10:00 PM without prior arrangements. Prompt departures help our team prepare each site for incoming guests.

Early Check In and Late Check Out may be available. Fees apply.

Safety & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or emergencies, please seek shelter in a bathhouse or visit the Store for instructions. We strongly encourage downloading the CampersAPP for updates and alerts.

Please carry a flashlight when walking after dark.

Fishing & Flags

Only humans are allowed in the pond. Fishing is not permitted.

Guests may display U.S., state, local, military, first responder, or Great Escapes RV Resorts-branded flags at their site.

Additional flag displays may be permitted during themed events and will be communicated by management.

Reservations, Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash is not accepted.

Cancellations

Reservations may be revised up to two times before forfeiting the full reservation cost.

Campsites: Cancel 8 or more days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus a $30 service fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.

Lodging: Cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus a $30 service fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.

Holidays: Cancel 30 or more days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus a $30 service fee. Holiday reservations canceled within 29 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
