We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance of the desired arrival date, as our RV park in Bryan, TX will fill up quickly!

Visit us during the months of November through February and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind that activities are limited to weekends only during these times.

Our Bryan RV park dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows: Peak Season: March 1st thru October 31st Non-Peak Season: November 1st thru February 28th *Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during the non-peak season.

We are happy to show off the RV campground and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.

We offer year-round monthly sites.

We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $35 lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.

You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at an RV site, or cabin.

We do not have RVs to rent at our campground.

All cabins include linens.

Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent on an RV site (in addition to the RV at an RV site).

We have firewood available for purchase at our store. A bundle of firewood (7 or 8 pieces) is $6.99. To preserve the beauty of our wooded RV resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.

Texas does not allow the transport of firewood. The state has six counties under quarantine due to destructive emerald ash borer; this means it is illegal to move firewood to other areas within Texas and also to other states. Texas also has 192 counties under quarantine for the imported fire ant, prohibiting the movement of firewood. Another invasive pest that the authorities are closely watching is the Mexican soapberry borer, which has already been detected in 50 Texas counties.

For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into the resort. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.

Yes, E-Bikes and motorized scooters are allowed on-site. Please ensure that all speed limits and traffic signs are respected. For everyone’s safety, if reckless driving is observed, E-Bikes and motorized scooters will need to remain parked at your campsite for the remainder of your stay.

You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview window. These are given with your reservation materials. We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available. ** Extra cars may be permitted due to individual circumstances and events but must be approved by management prior.

We do! Quiet hours are 11:00pm – 8am daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.

They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas and or activity centers. This is a family-friendly RV campground, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.

YES! We are a pet-friendly RV resort! Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Pets are also allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at time of booking. For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $25. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $50. Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. ** Service animals are allowed in buildings and event centers.
