Maximum 10 guests. No smoking. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.
TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $235 cleaning fee and 13% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
RATES
$400/night peak season, $275/night off season
