Renee joined the Great Escapes team in 2024 as a District Manager. Renee has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including General Manager, Operations Training Manager, and Director of Operations. Her hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement have enabled her to excel in driving operational excellence and team development. She is dedicated to seizing opportunities for growth and innovation within her district, while ensuring high standards of service and performance. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and traveling.
