The Jenkins Organization Has Acquired Jellystone ParkTM in Warrens, WI

Warrens, WI – September 3, 2021 – THE JENKINS ORGANIZATION, INC. (TJO), has acquired The Jellystone ParkTM in Warrens, WI. This acquisition marks TJO’s fifth Jellystone Park and ninth RV resort since beginning the Great Escapes RV Resorts brand in 2019.
This Park will be the largest park in the TJO portfolio at 130 acres, 415 RV Sites, 162 park models and 42 tent sites. The team was drawn to this park for its massive potential, amenity-rich offerings, and its beautiful location in the cranberry bogs of Northern Wisconsin.

“We have big plans for this park, and we can’t wait to get started,” said Troy Sheppard, Chief Operating Officer for The Jenkins Organization. The first items to complete will be upgrading the technical infrastructure to include fiber, enhanced Wi-Fi and cable as well as replacing numerous cabins. To ramp up the family fun, the team will add Gem Mining, Jumping Pad, Laser Tag and more. Over the winter months, a renovation will take place at the Ranger Station, Café, Activities Building, and water attractions. “The most exciting improvement will be the addition of the WibitTM. Imagine an obstacle course that floats on water and then you’ll have an idea of how much fun the WibitTM really is…even moms and dads love it,” added Sheppard.

Other amenities currently available at the park include 36 holes of mini golf, a shuffleboard court, wave pool, swimming beach/pond, slippery slope waterslide, lazy river, water zone and the newest attraction, the six-lane, thrill-seeker, racer waterslide.
Jellystone Park locations, of course, are famous for providing fun, family activities and theme weekends that include everything from crafts and games to wagon rides. Birthday parties with the bears and daily appearances by Yogi BearTM are also very popular.
Upcoming theme weekends include the ever-popular Smoking In The Bogs September 2-6, followed by two Halloween weekends and then Cranfest weekend September 23-26.
