The Jenkins Organization Announces Grand Opening of Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park™
May 22, 2021MONROE CITY, MO – May 14, 2021 – THE JENKINS ORGANIZATION, INC., a real estate investment firm and owner of eight Great Escapes RV Resorts throughout Colorado, Missouri, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas announces the grand opening of Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park™ to take place on May 22, 2021.
“Since purchasing the RV resort, we have invested over $3 million in waterpark renovations, cabin upgrades, a new playground, RV site improvements, resurfacing pools, complete remodeling of common spaces, adding amenities such as gem mining, human foosball and so much more. We could not be more excited to finally invite everyone to camp with us and make lasting memories in this beautifully restored RV resort,” said Ricky Jenkins, President of The Jenkins Organization of Houston, Texas.
Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park™, spans over 133 acres, offers 39 cabins and lodges, 240 RV sites, 12 tent sites and includes The Water Zone waterpark featuring a massive wave pool, a speed slide, a space bowl, two open flume and one enclosed body slides and two splash pad areas.
The grand opening will take place from 9 am to 10 pm and will include speakers from Leisure Systems, Inc. (franchisor of Jellystone Park™), unveiling of The Water Zone (formerly Splash Landing), ribbon cutting, face painting, a balloon artist and of course, everyone’s favorite bears, Yogi Bear, Cindy Bear and Boo Boo will be there to celebrate the occasion. “We are elated to fully open our RV resort, hire from the local community, and bring valuable tourism dollars to Monroe City,” added Jenkins.
